★ Join our CE-5 team among the beautiful autumn colors and majestic coastline of Izu-Kogen (Mount Omuro), Izu Peninsula, Shizuoka Prefecture, on the November 26-27 weekend. This event will be limited to 8 people and will be closed to new members. ★

【ACCOMODATION COST】 

¥5,000 per person. This includes full kitchen, microwave oven, refrigerator, cookware, electric kettle, living room, bathroom, terrace, shared Japanese-style bedroom (2 guests per room), air-conditioning, wi-fi, hairdryer, towels & other amenities. Meals are not included. Please bring your own vegetarian bento or food items to cook.

【TRANSPORTATION】

 Izu-Kogen Station can be reached by train (Limited Express Odoriko) or car.

【EXPECTATIONS】  

★ In general, we try to eat only vegetarian food at our contact events (no meat, seafood or eggs). We do this as an expression of love, kindness and respect for all creatures on earth, to purify our bodies, and to maintain a spiritually high-vibratory state. We believe this practice can enhance and deepen the contact outcome.

★ Covid measures. We ask that all participants wear a mask inside the accommodation, vehicles, public transportation, or other indoor facilities, except when eating or sleeping. Wearing a mask outdoors is OPTIONAL. Please do not attend if you are displaying any obvious signs or symptoms of Covid infection.

【GENERAL EVENT SCHEDULE】

12:30 – Meet at Izu-Kogen Station

12:45 – Take local Tokai Bus to Mt. Omura (¥370 / Approx. 15 minutes) Those driving can meet directly at the Mt Omura chairlift station.

13:00 – Take chairlift to top of Mt Omuro (¥700) / Walk around volcano rim / Group Photo

14:30 – Walk to Sakura no Sato / Self-introductions / Qigong energy work

16:34 – Sunset

17:30 – Group dinner at Yukata Villa (bring your own vegetarian bento or food items to cook)

19:00 – CE-5 Fieldwork Orientation

20:00 – CE-5 field work until late

~The use or possession of alcohol, drugs or weapons is strictly prohibited during contact events.

~By attending a contact event, participants agree to share any photos, videos or audio recordings taken over the duration of the event. Participants also agree to read and examine the subsequent Field Report and provide any additional information or feedback to ensure accurate and complete documentation.

~Our contact events are FREE. However, anonymous voluntary donations of any amount are appreciated and will be applied toward field work equipment.

13:00 – チェアリフトで大室山山頂へ（700円）／火口周辺を散策／集合写真撮影

14:30 – さくらの里まで散策／自己紹介／気功のエネルギーワーク

16:34 – 日没

17:30 – 浴衣ヴィラにてグループディナー（ベジタリアン弁当や調理する食材を持参してください）

19:00 – CE-5 フィールドワーク・オリエンテーション
