Overnight ET Contact Event in Otsuki, Yamanashi Prefecture, December 4-5, 2021

【LOCATION】

Yanagawa Station (Chuo Line)    

【ACCOMMODATION】

【ACCOMMODATION COST】

¥7,500 per person (includes organic vegan dinner & breakfast, shared room, futon, heating & bath/shower)

【TRANSPORTATION】 

By train (Chuo Main Line), approximately 80 minutes from Shinjuku Station to Yanagawa Station

Participants are also welcome to drive directly to the venue.

【EXPECTATIONS】  

★ We would like all participants to follow a vegetarian diet (no beef, chicken, lamb, pork, fish, or eggs; milk & butter are OK) for a minimum of three days before the contact event and also on the day of the event.

★ Pandemic measures. We ask that all participants wear a mask inside the accommodation, vehicles, public transportation, or other indoor facilities, except when eating or sleeping. Wearing a mask outdoors is OPTIONAL. Should anyone display obvious signs or symptoms of Covid infection (fever, coughing, sore throat, or shortness of breath), they will be asked to withdraw from the event and quarantine in a separate room until departure.

★ Cancellation policy: 

If canceling 4 days before the event: 50% cancellation fee

If canceling the day before the event: 100% cancellation fee

【SUGGESTED SUPPLIES/EQUIPMENT】     

- portable folding camping chair [required] 

- warm jacket or coat 

- rain coat or poncho/umbrella

- flashlight (red LED, if possible)

- spiritual accessories: crystals, Tibetan singing bowls, bells, chimes, drums, etc.

~The use or possession of alcohol, drugs or weapons is strictly prohibited during contact events.

~By attending a contact event, participants agree to share any photos, videos or audio recordings taken over the duration of the event. Participants also agree to read and examine the subsequent Field Report and provide any additional information or feedback to ensure accurate and complete documentation.

~Our contact events are FREE. However, anonymous voluntary donations of any amount are appreciated and will be applied toward field work equipment.

参加者は、会場に直接車で行くこともできます。

【お願い】  

★ 参加者の皆様には、コンタクトイベントの3日前からイベント中にかけて、ベジタリアン食（牛肉、鶏肉、ラム肉、豚肉、魚、卵は不可、牛乳とバターはOK）の喫食をお願いしています。

★ パンデミック対策。現在の新型コロナVirusの流行の対策として参加者の皆さんは食事中や睡眠中を除いて、宿舎、乗り物、公共交通機関、その他の施設の中などではマスク（フェ－スシ－ルド）を着用して下さい。熱，咳、のどの痛み、息切れなどのコロナ感染の症状がある場合、イベント参加を中止してイベントの終了まで部屋で隔離することをご了承下さい。

~コンタクト・イベント中のアルコール、ドラッグ、武器の使用および所持は、固く禁じられています。

~コンタクト・イベントに参加されることで、参加される皆さんはイベントの最中に撮影される写真や映像、あるいは収録される音声を共有することに同意されたことになります。また参加者の皆さんは、イベントの後に引き続きフィールドレポートを読まれてお調べになることや、正確な記録文書の完成を確実にするために、あらゆる追加情報あるいはご感想を提供することに同意されることになります。

~コンタクト・イベントは無料です。しかしながら、匿名の寄付は金額にかかわらず感謝し、フィールドワークの道具に使用いたします。
